What we collect

Your name, email address and role; your subscriptions; the exams you download or sit online, including your answers, marks and feedback; and files you upload for tutor feedback. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

How we use it

To provide your account and subscriptions, mark your exams and show your results, and contact you about your account. Answers you submit online, including images of handwritten answers, are sent to our AI marking service to be marked. We will only send marketing emails if you agree.

Students under 18

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and manage any payment.

Your choices

You can update your details or delete your account from your profile, and choose which emails you get in your email settings. Every marketing email has a link to unsubscribe. To ask for a copy of your information, email [email address].
