2. Our practice exams

Our practice exams, marking guides and sample responses are original materials written to the published VCAA study designs and examination specifications. They are not past VCAA examinations. We do not claim that any question will appear on an actual examination, or that using our materials will lead to a particular result. The VCE Project is not affiliated with or endorsed by the VCAA.

3. Use of artificial intelligence

Our practice exams, marking guides and sample responses are drafted with the assistance of artificial intelligence (AI) tools. Each exam is then reviewed and edited by a VCE tutor before it is published.

Online marking of exams sat on this website is performed automatically by AI against our marking guides. Marks and feedback are a guide only, may contain errors and may differ from how responses would be assessed in an actual examination. 4. Your account

You must give us accurate details when you create an account and keep your login secure. Each account is for one person and must not be shared.

5. Subscriptions and payment

You can subscribe to individual subjects or to all access. Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any subscription from your account, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We will give you at least [30] days’ notice of any price change.

6. Cancellations and refunds

7. How you may use our materials

When you request tutor feedback, a VCE tutor marks your completed exam against the relevant marking guide and returns written feedback. Feedback is a guide only.

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to The VCE Project and is protected by copyright. VCE® is a registered trademark of the VCAA.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any failure to provide our services is limited to supplying the services again or refunding the amount you paid for them.
